Well...actually, there's 2 problems

We have to address the problem of people, especially leaders, NOT LISTENING!
These are the 2 most dangerous dynamics in any organization. They're bad for people, bad for business,
and bad for our world
but, it’s nobody’s fault...
There were no other strategies out there...

Speaking IN is a new conversation that allows you to unlock your greatest treasure...what the people in your organization know, but aren't saying.
Speaking IN means you are INtentionally INcluding and Appreciating Diverse Perspectives
This strategy removes fear and allows learning.
Lots of research supports this...let's use it!
Imagine if sharing questions, concerns and ideas felt like this, for everybody...
Speaking IN works because it meets the needs of people and the organization at the same time.
Once everybody (especially leaders) understands that learning is power, and knows sharing is safe and worthwhile, it becomes much easier to:
create a healthy inclusive employee experience
gain and maintain situational awareness
solve stubborn problems
improve safety
innovate
